Power BI embedded AND realtime streaming?

I'm not clear from googling: is embedding power bi functional WITH live realtime updating streaming dataset dashboards?

 

Requirement: Live streaming (API push) dashboard, but with filtering on various dimensions.

 

I can make a live updating dashboard in the service, but it can't use filters.

 

I can make a filter-able report in the service, but it can't be live (need to keep clicking Refresh).

 

By embedding a live dashboard into a web page, I'm seeking to have the best of both worlds: Real time updating, but with user runtime filtering.

 

Is this approach possible?
