Power BI custom connector C#/Java support

Hi, I'm trying to create a custom connector between power BI and another client service which only supports SOAP. I have to use java/C# API to get data from the database. However, Power BI connector is built on M language, is there any way to embed C#/Java into power query? (I don't want to create another file that imports data from database then load into Power BI).
