Power BI core - adding TD in table

Hi I am trying to learn from Power BI core . I am not able to figure out which lines of code actually create a TD inside Power BI Table component... Please help.

Does TD stand voor timedimension or table definition or ..?

TD: -

 

Each data element of a table is wrapped inside a TD . My question is what lines of codes are responsisble for generating these TDs.
