Power BI REST API - Get Dataset By ID

One of the Power BI APIs is to get dataset by ID. Can I call the API with Javascript like jquery in a html page in order to get the dataset table data in a workspace? 

GET https://api.powerbi.com/groups/{workspace ID}/datasets/{dataset ID}/{TableName} ??

Power BI REST API doesn't allow you to get data from a dataset unless it is Push Dataset - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/pushdatasets
