Power BI REST API Activity Events not working ne (not equal) operator

Hello, I would like to read the API, but I cannot filter the Operation field, the ne operator is not supported. Does anyone have a solution?

Message: 

Logical operator NotEqual is not allowed. To allow it, set the 'AllowedLogicalOperators' property on EnableQueryAttribute or QueryValidationSettings.

According to the documentation, only supports only 'eq' and 'and' operators.
