Power BI Embedded past parameters for URL

Good day,

Please I need your collaboration in the use of power bi embedded, we need to use embedded for clients passing parameters such as city and district and they must be dynamic, but I can't quite figure out how to do it. The code I know best is .NET. I have gone as far as inserting the report into the app in azure, but when I am going to generate the token in playground but I don't know where in the code to place it or how to pass the parameters. I clarify I am not a programmer.

I thank you in advance for your help.

Regards

Best Regards

Thanks for you answer.

But  not understand how pass parameter in power bi embedded. I need pass two parameters using information of the session application and too embeded token.

I tried and managed to create the column with the dynamic url, but I don't know how to pass the parameters when I use power bi embedded.

Regards
