Power BI Embedded Capacity

I am new in power BI development, and its my 1st report that has been embedded successfully after following documentations guidelines and power BI community help by using .net core framework.
Well my report is appearing perfectly. I have created the Power BI Embedded Capacity as well. But currently power bi embedded capacity is paused and even though my report is working fine. I am using power Bi Master Account for this.
Actually I am confuse how my report is working fine when the capacity status is paused even i have deployed my code in to production? and when will power bi embedded capacity came in to use ?
Kindly clarify my concept regarding Power BI Embedded Capacity...

Hi,

My experience has been that there are a certain number of "freebies" renders that most likely are just associated with your Master Account useful for development.  As long as you see the Capacity as configured in Azure connected to your Workspace in PowerBi that you intend to use for you Embedded templates, you should be good.  I would suggest some stress QA tests to verify "renders per hour (~300/hr for A1) capacity.
