Power BI Embed using powerbi.js not working in IE 11

Hi All,

I am very new to power bi and was able to setup the power bi enviornment and the run the developer samples using the below links

the Apps Owns Data samples worked well in all browers including IE 11 .

But when we integrate the same to our appliction we are getting the below error in IE 11 , but it is working very well in Chrome and Firefox

Exception was thrown at line 1787, column 335 in https://app.powerbi.com/13.0.10246.164/scripts/reportembed.externals.bundle.min.js

0x80070005 - JavaScript runtime error: Access is denied.

Only difference with sample and our application is that we are using the old jquery (jquery-2.1.3).

Are we missing something ?
