Hi,
I have built a custom visual and would like to know if
- there is any way to know how many users / reports are using the custom visual
- Is there any way to provide feedback to reviews. I have a review where the a feature was requested that I have added but I have no way to reply to the user who requested it
Thanks
Nishant

Hi @Nishantjain,
Regarding both questions, unfortunately not. I'd love to see both also.
There are links for Usage and Acquisitions under Analyse in the seller dashboard where you submit your visuals for approval, but these never worked well, and have eventually disappeared (and now just link to a placeholder page).
For reviews, you can't reply directly - I've found that to address specific concerns, I update my listing description with new features or bug fixes when I submit for approval. You can change the listing description post-approval if your new version is already live and you don't actually need to submit a new manifest.
Not ideal outcomes but might give you some ideas.

Thanks for your response. Is there an idea raised for this? Would like to vote up an existing one instead of create a new one
Thanks
Nishant
