Power BI Admin REST API extract

Hi all, 

 

I'm trying to extract some info from the Admin Power BI APIs via DataBricks as part of our monitoring of dataset refreshes but not having much luck. I'm authenticating using a clientId and client secret but getting unauthorized access. I've got Tenant.ReadAll in the app registration and the app is in the Power BI Admin group in AAD. 

Is something this even possible to achieve? Has anyone automated the extract from these admin endpoints in a similar way?
