Power BI Admin API Connection via MQuery

Hi,

I am currently trying to build a report based on the Admin PBI.
However i can't find a way to connect to the API by using Power Query ( I can't use PowerShell ).
Once the app is registred, is there a way to retrieve the Token with Power Query then make an API call ?
I also saw the custom connector however i'm not allowed to enable the 'Allow any extension to load without validation or warningoption.
( I already done something similar but using Data Factory by using a service principal but it doesn't seems to be working for Power BI )
