Plot Python as tooltip in Power BI Visual

Hi Experts

I want to plot the Python Candlestick chart based on a single data point that has been selected in the Power BI Visual Line Chart and return that selected data point as a variable back to the Pythin Script.

i want to be able to select on the Cumulative PNLogram Line chart in the attached file a single data point and based on that selected data point - run the pythin script on Tooltip Tab (power BI Attached file).

I have provide all the datato the dataframe, and its still not working.
