POST API - Data.Format.Error

I have a POST API which works in Postman see below;

When I try and run this in Power BI Desktop (Get data, Web Service) I get the follwing error,

I tried the Text.ToBinary function but this was a wild guess. any suggestions would be greatly appricated,

This is now resolved, 

 

 

I got a friend who is a data scienties to Run this as an R script the issue was that the file was xml, the RScript flattend the report then he  rebuilt it as a JSON. - He said this was a nightmare task as R Scrip doesn't work to well XML and potentially doing it through Python would have been a better soultion - I don't know the exact details but if I can get them if anyone wants them.
