Notebook connection to On-prem Database (Oracle, SQL SERVER, MYSQL)

Hi, 

I would like to know if there is a way to connect to on-prem database using the notebook. The targeted database are oracle, my sql, sql server. 

For databricks the following documentation exists

but for fabric notebook i couldn't find anything.

Azure Data Studio supports SQL notebooks.  Visual Studio Code supports Power BI notebooks. for Oracle and MySQL you'll have to ask DBeaver etc if they support that.
