Nitro PDF and Matrix Visuals

Our report has a page that is being consumed as part of a pdf package for our executive team. The export renders beautifully in Adobe, but many of our users are using Nitro. In Nitro, the matrix visuals are showing gridlines in the column headers that are not set up in the visual and do not display anywhere else. Does anyone have any experience with this?
