Need help to achieve the desired output with in matrix heatmap

Hello Everyone.

 

Please help me to achieve the desired output where i tried but didn't achieve.Kindly let me know if this can be feasible in powerbi.

 

I have a slicer where the values are A,B,C,D,E and the below matrix.

The desired output which i require is below.

 

if i select "A" from slicer then matrix layout should be static and it should highlight the respective cell.

Any help will be much appreciated.Kindly let me know if you need more information.

If the above ones can't help you figure out, please provide some raw data in your table (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It would be helpful to find out the solution. You can refer the following link to share the required info:
