Need Help - Facing MySQL workbench Connection Error

Hi Power BI community,

 

I have MySQL Workbench in that i have two connections. one is the Localhost and one is the other server.

 

when I try to connect the Local Host to the Power BI i am getting an Error.

 and When I try to connect the other server to the Power BI i am getting a different Error.

please help me with this Error.
