More customizable KPI?

Is there a more customizable KPI?

I want to be able to change the wording "Goal" to "Previous" and change to absolute value difference instead of % change.

I would also like to adjust the font size etc.

The default KPI is super limited/static and there doesn't seem to be any marketplace one's that are similar.
