Hi,
My company is working to migrate the DB we use for our PBI reports from SQL Server to Azure cloud.
The name of the server and DB will remain the same. Will I have to change data source type in all of my reports or will Power BI automatically acknowledge the change in source type?
Thanks in advance!

@bbeer Well, if it is a VM then it really is just a SQL Server so you would access it using the same connector.
@bbeer How are you migrating to Azure, as IaaS (a VM) or to Azure SQL DB or Azure SQL Managed Instance or ?
