Matrix and Conditional Formatting

Hello,

I need to conditionally format the background color of the Tee column. As I understand, Power BI only supports conditional formatting for the values. Does anyone know of a trick or work-around? This is an over simplified example of a more complex visualization that requires use of a matrix, so converting to a table is not an option.

conditional formatting of row headers is not yet possible. But from what I understand they are working on it.
