Matrix and Card visual types not working with Embedded Analytics

Hi, For some reason both the Card and Matrix type visualizations will not populate in our Embedded Analytics project. The matrices do populate on the Server, but then they do not flow through to our PowerBI Embedded Analytics on our website app.

 

Anybody else have this issue and know the workaround?  Many thanks!
