MySQL: Host '00.0.0.00' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

I found some threads below that have the same error message as yours, please check the solution inside. Hope they can help you solve the problem as well.
How to unblock with mysqladmin flush hosts
Run the bash command in mysqladmin shell
flush-hosts
Fix Host ‘IP’ is blocked because of many connection errors on MySQL/MariaDB
Host is blocked because of many connection errors MySQL
1. Verify the connection
2. Increase the value of
max_connect_errors3. Flush host cache
DataSource.Error: MySQL: Host is blocked because of many connection errors (check the message 29 from @herbemischung)
1. Upgrade the version of on-premise gateway to the latest one
2. Upgrade the version of MySQL connector to the latest one
