Can anyone help me here please?
im trying to convert this m query to R script for me able to extract it. Its working on the PBI desktop but when it comes in PBI Service its wont refresh due to the dynamic query, so I am trying to get the data in other way.

perhaps you can try to parameterized your connection string with query parameters. Then you can modify these parameters to get data from different path.
Using the Power BI Service Parameters to change connection strings (To possibly change between Dev
Notice: these data sources need to have same data structure or it will show the error about the new records not match with cached data structure keys.
