Limitations of use PowerBI-JavaScript library

I wonder which limitations will I  have if  I use this library:

 

https://github.com/Microsoft/PowerBI-JavaScript.

 

Can i have RLS if i use in my thrid application users of active directory and use Mysql database to show data?
