Hi,
we have integrated a PowerBI report with Forge Viewer in web app.
When we switch between report, the eraser on the filtering slicer does not work anymore.
The eraser works in PBI, but Forge cannot recognize the action and the eraser does not work in Forge apps.
For example: in report 1, I selected a value in a slicer, I then switch in report 2 and the slicer is synchronized but if I click on the eraser, the eraser work in PBI deleting all filters, but it is not working in Forge.
Do you know how to capture the eraser action in the forge?
Hi @Anonymous ,
Are you using this forgviewer? When the slicer clears the selections, the data in the viewer is not affected, right? Could you please provide the related screenshots (mask sensitive data)? Thank you.
Best Regards
thank you for answer.
We are using this way
Tab 1: When, I select a value in slicer "CWP Name", the 3D model (at left) colors the filtered object:
When I switch in Tab 2, the tab is properly synchronized:
But if I click on eraser of "CWP" slicer, the values in PBI (at right) change but in 3D Model they aren't change:
It seems the eraser work in PBI deleting all filters, but it is not working in Forge.
Thank you for your time.
