Using the PowerApps custom visual, you will be able to pass context aware data to a PowerApps app which updates in real time as you make changes to your report. And then you should be able to create a new app to insert and update records back to the sql server.

Is it possble to use PowerApps in our reports and create a flow where:
A user write in PowerApp custom visual in Power BI Service (reports) > the data goes to a SQL server > then the data will be displayed in our Power BI report.
