Incremental Refresh

Hi guys,

 

I am trying to use incremental refresh. Does incremental refresh works with manual refresh in web? How can I use something like this feature in Power BI Desktop?

Yes, incremental refresh works with manual refresh - You can see here that they mention the timezone being respected for both manual and scheduled refreshes. On that page also describes how to setup incremental refresh using Power BI Desktop.
