I cannot find the Superbubbles custom visualization

I have seen some YouTube videos and articles on creating bubble charts (not a scatter bubble chart). They say to download the Superbubbles custom visualization, but I cannot find that.  Does anyone know where I can find that, or has Microsoft discontinued it?

You can use Bubble Chart by Akvelon instead of Super Bubbles.
