How to make faster XML importing in Power BI?

Hello,

How to quickly import XML in Power BI. Currently I am facing with an issue when XML import takes over 2 weeks, although file size is 2 MB size. How to make that process faster if possible?

There's a sample XML file in that thread if you want to take a look.

@PhilipTreacy   you already solved it, right?  I don't think I want to see the structure of that XML.  It's like the most dreaded phrase I have to say at work - "Show me your data model."  ...

LOL @lbendlin

I've had a look at it and have offered a workaround for the OP.  Haven't heard if it's fixed the issue though.

Phil
