How to get the correct % variance in custom visual summary table of Power BI

Hi

This is a summary table which is a custom visual in Power BI where I use it to generate a PnL statement. I'm having an issue when trying to get the Material Margin % in SM & PM Variance. I couldn't get the correct percentage figure as what I highlighted in yellow. The correct figure should be 15.1%-20.6% = -5.5%. Instead it was showing me (-1255279/-473447)x100% = 265.1%.

Might need help to get the formula in getting the correct figure. I have attached the json code that I used to generate the summary table in the link provided below.

Help is much aprreciated. Thanks!
