How to filter dashboard while embedding ?

it is posible to filter dashboard while embedding? 
how to make filters? Per visual/underlying table?

This answer is about general filtering, I am asking about filtering specific visuals located on dashboard.

So user clicks on page1 on specific row and filter context is shared with dashboard specific visual. 
How to get to underlying tables using javascript API?

The principle is the same. Your Embedding framework (whatever you use for that) needs to probe the filters that the report user has applied and then you can programmatically impact the visuals accordingly.
