How to embed a user-specific report in my web page (ISV application)?

I want to embed a user-specific report in the ISV application. I have to show that report to almost 1000 users with different access. what I do till now is, I generate an embedded token with RLS and manually update it in my sample application. But it is not going to work for ISV application. So how can I restrict user access to data within dashboards in an ISV application?
