How to create measures using API?

Is is possible to add measures to a semantic model using an API on Power BI Service / Microsoft Fabric?

We have around 10 databases from different clients with the same structure. We want to create 10 semantic models with measures. Creating them all 10 one by one is very time consuming. Is there a faster way to apply measures created in 1 model to the other 9?
