How to create a dataset with DirectQuery using REST API's

I have to create a dataset with given Oracle SQL Query using Rest APl's and rebinds the specified report from "My Workspace" to the this new dataset created. But I am unable to specify the query while creating the Dataset using REST API's. 

 

Is this kind of scenario of creating datasets even posibble through the API?
