How to add Text and Values to the Chart

Dear All,

I make the code as follow link. I need to add the values and text to the Arc . Also I need to add the image to the middle of arc when I add the values Image is disappearing . https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uPMglzpSJvIgnIpxrvteU8uAiPxK1_7l/view?usp=sharing

The image element is in DOM. Pleae use the following CSS style to place the image under the svg element:

position: absolute;
top: 0;
left: 0;
