How to Add 2 columns to X axis label (one is year column and other is Percentage column)

Hi 

 Is there any chart or any way to add two columns to  X  axis label like we use to do it in Excel .

On X axis i already have Year and I need to Add Infaltion Percentage to Line and Clustured Column chart,which is not  allowing me   to add Percentage into it .

Can someone help me on this .
