How do you get Count filter on data to show if the count is 0?

There is one more type called "Client". Currently there is no missing "sharepoint folder" within any client so it is just not showing up. 

I thought this would work but it didnt show: (changing count to be more than -1)
(This is selecting just the 38 blanks)

How would I achive getting 0 Clients to show up in my table? (I am new so it may be simple)

(This is selecting all folders, not just 38 blanks)

Hi @ChannelDevMike ,

If you want to show Client type whose value is blank, I suggest you to turn on "Show items with no data" in [Type] column in Table Value Field.

Your problem should be caused by your data model and I couldn't reproduce it in my side. Could you share a sample file without sensitive data with me? This will make it easier for me to solve your problem.
