How do I enable Power BI Embedded?

Hi,

I have gone to Admin Portal on our Pro account, but under Power BI Embedded, instead of seeing settings, all I see is:
Develop apps with analytics inside
Try Power BI Embedded for your analytics solutions. A single API in a familiar environment on an open and extensible platform.

How do we enable this?

Would really appreciate some guidance here! We've been trying to use PowerBI Embedded but cannot make the initial set up. Thoughts?
