How can I connect Power BI to fetch office 365 user data?

I am working on report where I want to display all the licenses that is assigned to a user. How can I get that data from office 356. I tried using Microsoft reporting services to see if I can pull the data but that does not seem to work. I also explored MS graph API but I am completely new to that. I was wondering if anyone here has any suggestions about how to go about this?

Does it have to be Power Bi or can you run it in Powershell and the connect Power BI to the result?
