Hi, I'm new to power bi How are gateways used once installed? How do I obtain the information? Add a data source that is of type "File", I added the path and everything is correct. I added users to that data source. How can these users access the source data?

It's actually so intuitive that it is unintuitive. Any user that connects to a data source that is configured on the gateway and has access to it, then the gateway will be used to refresh the data. By connecting to a data source, what I mean is that if you create a data source on the gateway to a SQL Server and a user creates a connection in Desktop to that SQL Server, publishes their file, then they can use the gateway to refresh their data as long as you grant them access to the gateway. That's what I mean by being so intuitive that it is unintuitive.
