You can try using FIRSTNONBLANK(Tablename[Columnname], 1) instead of LOOKUPVALUE.

CALCULATE (
FIRSTNONBLANK ( Tablename[Columnname], 1 ),
FILTER ( ALL ( Tablename), Tablename[UniqueID] = Table2 name[UniqueID2] )
)
