Hi all,
I am new to Power BI and hope to get some help. I am planning a report in Power BI to analyse several shared mailboxes and I’m searching for the best way to connect them. As I’m not part of these shared mailboxes, I cannot connect to them directly via Power BI.
If possible, I would like to avoid getting access to all mailboxes, due to data protection reasons. I would need only the folder path, number of e-mails and the date.
I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

I don't see how you would be able to fetch that data without getting access to these mailboxes.
