Filter disables SelectionManager?

If I add "filter" to my capabilities.json like this:

https://docs.microsoft.com/hu-hu/power-bi/developer/visuals/filter-api

My SelectionManager of matrix data (https://docs.microsoft.com/hu-hu/power-bi/developer/visuals/selection-api#create-selections-for-matr... won't work. There's no error message or anything, it just won't "select" the value I click on.

If I remove the "filter" from the capabilities.json, it works again.

Is it a bug or what?
