Filter data by todays date

I am looking to sort data based on todays date. I created a column called Today that looks at the Entered date and if it equals today then it will show a 1 and if not a 0. Today = IF(EnteredDate[Date]=TODAY(),1,0) The issue is when I publish the report when the dataset refreshes this function sets all to 0. I am unsure as to why. I guess is there a way to filter a report table if it contains date values that = today?
