Extract Data from Public POWER BI Report Published

Hi everyone!

 

I would like to know if is possible to extract data from a web public power bi report using API to load in a database.

Is the public power bi report  that use publish to web feature to generate? If yes, I'm afraid that it is not possible. Please check the following limitation of publish to web in this official documentation...
