Export raw data from Power BI dataflow

Hello, 

I am trying to get an option to somewhow export a raw data file which is a result of my dataflow transformation. 
Is it possible to somehow got that file ? 

Publishing a dataset and Analyze in Excel is not solving my issue.

No, you cannot look at dataflows directly. What's the problem with the dataset and XMLA?
