Equivalent Fabric Rest API endpoint for Fabric Sempy Function

I would like to know whether there are any fabric rest endpoint for Sempy function or not.

create_tom_server (sempy.fabric package | Microsoft Learn)

Execute_tmsl (sempy.fabric package | Microsoft Learn)

We are using this to create Semantic Model. Any help would be appreciated.

I am aware about fabric restpoint but I am looking an equivalent api endpoint or request for execute_tmsl and create_tom_server. 

In other words, if I have to create create_tom_server or execute_tmsl using api. how can I do that?
