EmbedToken: permissions for all reports in a workspace / dataset

Is there a way to generate a token that allows for creating, viewing and editing all reports in a workspace?

 

Datasets.GenerateTokenInGroup - doesn't help as it is only for Embedding Q&A.

 

Tried using GenerateToken , but it looks like we need to  specify a list of all the datasets and reportId to generate the token.

 

What I am looking for is to specify a dataset id and generate an embed token that allows for creating, editing and viewing ALL reports in the dataset / workspace.  Any help with this would be appreciated.
