Good day, I'm seeking clarification regarding licensing of Power BI Embedded.
My org is currently at around 100 BI users, all licensed using Power BI Pro.
I'm running a comparison between Power BI Pro licenses and Power BI Embedded licenses to see if we can reduce costs.
My question: is it possible to embed reports in SharePoint Online while using the Power BI Embedded license for viewers?
Based on this link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embedded/embedded-capacity it seems that it is not possible, but I'm having difficulty searching for the answer to this exact question as the license naming causes the search engine to return the wrong information (all results are regarding the various ways of "embedding", and no results regarding the license itself)
If I am understanding this correctly, if I want to go with the Power BI Embedded route, I will have to build my own custom application for report viewing and distribution?
Apologies if this is the wrong forum, I did not find any forum relating to licensing or Power BI Embedded specifically.
Unfortunately we just don't have enough users for the Power BI Premium license to make financial sense, so that is not an option.

Thank you for the response and links.
That video by Reza is actually what prompted this question. It was quite difficult to follow so I'm not sure if my question was answered, but I came to the forums to ask this question as I don't remember it being addressed in the video.
The link provided does not answer my question.
I did find an answer to my question at the following links:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embedded/embedded-capacity
https://jlsql.blog/2018/01/30/power-bi-embedded-sku-differences-and-cost-breakdowns/

Power BI Embedded has an "EM" SKU which allows embedding in SharePoint and Teams.
