Embed App registration Error

Hi All,

I am getting below error while registering app on https://app.powerbi.com/embedsetup/AppOwnsData?session_id=d69e1a18-321a-4e64-9338-7d88f5ee2711.

 

How to solve this issue?

This access to Register your application in Azure for you is turned off as an admin setting on "Developer Embedding setup" portal.

The admins control these as they are cost and resource effective.
